Awarded the tender to Design and Construct a new Service Australia premises for lease in Broome.
We originally purchased two vacant commerical lots in a prominent street front location of Cable Beach Broome for a development opportunity that didn’t come to fruition.
After some extensive investigation about what would be suited to the site as well as waiting for the economy and local market to recover from a temporary decline we chose to tender to design, construct and lease for a new office premises. At the time of the tender the Fitzroy Bridge was being repaired and our main concern was availability of materials and trades.
We were successul in our tender and worked alongside Whitehaus and CWD had a seamless construction experience. The tenant commenced occupying the premises on time in August 2024 even with the tight time frame we were given to work with.
